Three heights in one block
Turn it and the floor comes up to meet you. Flat for a light lift under the hips, on its edge for a hand in lunges, standing tall for a forward fold that keeps your spine long.
It has your back in any pose
A block is not a shortcut. It brings the floor closer so you can hold a shape with an open chest and a steady breath, instead of collapsing to reach it.
Forward fold
Hands on the block, hamstrings do the work. No rounding to touch the floor.
Seated twist
Press the back hand into the block to lift the chest before you turn.
Supported bridge
Block under the sacrum, arms down, five minutes. The block holds you, not your legs.
Four colours, one foam
Same density, same size, same bevelled edges. Pick the one you will want to see on the floor every morning.
- Pale pink, the quiet one
- Lilac, soft purple
- Peach, warm and coral
- Bright pink, easy to spot in a studio
Foam, on purpose
High-density EVA foam takes your full weight without denting and stays soft where it meets your head, your sacrum or the bones of your wrist. Cork is heavier and grippier. Foam is the block you actually carry to class.

Questions
Is one block enough?
For most standing and seated poses, yes. A second block helps in restorative poses where the body rests on the props for several minutes, and for a symmetrical lift under both hands.
Will foam hold my weight?
High-density EVA is the standard material for studio blocks. Stand on it, sit on it, rest your hips on it. It compresses a little under a point load and springs back.
Foam or cork?
Cork is heavier, firmer and grips a sweaty palm better. Foam is lighter, softer under the head and cheaper. If you practise at home and want a block under your head and hips as much as under your hands, foam is the better choice.
How do I clean it?
Wipe with a damp cloth and mild soap, let it dry away from direct sun. The closed-cell surface does not absorb sweat.
Do the colours differ in any other way?
No. Same foam, same size, same weight. Only the dye changes.
